2. Using this website
You may browse the website and submit enquiries for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area or its underlying systems, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Information on the website
Images, descriptions and prices are illustrative. Handmade and event work varies by materials, availability and season, so the final product may differ from a photograph. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance — a written quote from us is.
4. Quotes, enquiries and bookings
- Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking or reserve a date.
- We will respond with a quote. A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is received.
- Please give accurate event details. Changes to scope, dates, guest numbers or delivery location may change the price.
5. Payment, deposits and cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, balance due dates and cancellation or postponement terms are agreed in writing for each booking and set out in the quote or invoice. No payments are taken through this website.
6. Delivery, setup and client responsibilities
Where we deliver, install or cater, you are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the venue, accurate venue information and any permissions the venue requires. Balloon and floral work is affected by heat, wind and direct sunlight, and outdoor conditions may affect how long an installation lasts.
7. Intellectual property
The website content, designs, photographs and branding are owned by or licensed to Monelia Creations and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio; tell us in writing if you prefer that we do not publish photographs of your event.
8. Personal information
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with POPIA.
9. Third-party links
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing the website and our services, but the website is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, our liability arising from the use of the website is limited. Liability for work we carry out is governed by the agreement for that work.
